Welcome to the Cairns Golf Club

The Cairns Total Physio Sunday Stableford Superleague is back for 2026! Open to all golfers with a valid GA handicap, the Sunday Stableford Superleague is the perfect opportunity to compete, climb the leaderboard, and chase an incredible overall prize across five exciting rounds.

Players’ best 3 scores from the 5 designated Stableford rounds will count toward their final result, with a minimum of 3 rounds required to be eligible for the major prize.

2026 Superleague Schedule

• Round 1 – Sunday 31st May
• Round 2 – Sunday 28th June
• Round 3 – Sunday 16th August
• Round 4 – Sunday 27th September
• Round 5 (Final Round) – Sunday 25th October (12pm Shotgun Start)

Cost: $20 competition fee per player, per round

Timesheet will open 8 days prior to each round. Members are asked to book via the member portal. Visitors, please call the Golf Shop directly on (07) 4037 6777 to book.

Cairns Golf Club offers Golf Introductory programs specifically designed for Women to learn golf in a fun and relaxed environment.

Typically the programs are conducted during School Terms avoiding the busy School Holiday periods.

The program consists of a 4 week program with all equipment supplied plus we will even give you warm up Driving Range balls to practice during the 4 week duration of the course.

Programs are conducted in small groups and focus on giving participants plenty of opportunities to explore skills and to build confidence in preparation to hit the golf course. You will notice in our programs that;

• We keep it very social and interactive
• We introduce and prepare you for play on the course
• We do plenty of hitting
• We make it all about you

So whether you are familiar with the sport or just a first-timer, Get Into Golf is ready to show you the ropes. Grab a friend and come try something new, you might just uncover a new hidden talent!

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Cairns Golf Club will be held in the Clubhouse at 93-103 Links Drive, Woree Qld 4868 on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at 5.45pm.

ITEMS OF BUSINESS

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th November 2023.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Reports of Directors.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024; and the Auditors Report thereon.
4. To Appoint an Auditor.
5. To declare the election of Office Bearers to the Board of Directors.
6. To consider and, if appropriate, to pass the resolutions listed under “Life Member Resolutions.”
7. General Business.
