NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Cairns Golf Club will be held in the Clubhouse at 93-103 Links Drive, Woree Qld 4868 on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at 5.45pm.
ITEMS OF BUSINESS
- To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th November 2023.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Reports of Directors.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024; and the Auditors Report thereon.
- To Appoint an Auditor.
- To declare the election of Office Bearers to the Board of Directors.
- To consider and, if appropriate, to pass the resolutions listed under “Life Member Resolutions.”
- General Business.
