Junior Golf ..... our future Cairns Golf Club .... the best drive around |
 |
Our junior golf development programmeSaturday morning training at our driving range is the starting point for new players wishing to learn the game.
We have a fully qualified golf professional and other experienced players on hand to teach the fundamentals of golf. As the players progress in skill level, they are then invited onto the course to play on Tuesday afternoons for nine holes of golf on shortened hole lengths.
First level is known as 'Tadpoles' where each hole is played from the 150 mtr markers. The next level is 'Novices' where the players tee-off from the white markers.
The final level is where the player progresses to being able to play 18 holes of golf in competition.
